RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
All sweatshirts are embroidered upon order. As these are made on demand, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons like changing your mind. Please ensure you review our size charts and confirm your design selection before purchasing. Be aware that slight color differences may occur due to varying monitor settings.
Eligible for Replacement
We will replace or refund your item if we made an error in production or if it arrives damaged. Please contact us at help@sevensistersgifts.com within 5 days of delivery, including your order details and photographs of the issue. You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The wrong size was sent
- The wrong design was embroidered
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was lost or missing due to a delivery issue on our end
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following instances:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- The item is undamaged, but the customer changes their mind
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
