A - Length Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item. B - Width Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve. C - Sleeve length Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve. |

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
All sweatshirts are embroidered upon order. As these are made on demand, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons like changing your mind. Please ensure you review our size charts and confirm your design selection before purchasing. Be aware that slight color differences may occur due to varying monitor settings.
Eligible for Replacement
We will replace or refund your item if we made an error in the production, if it arrives damaged, or if it does not meet the quality described. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof, such as a photo. You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The wrong size was sent
- The wrong color or design was embroidered
- The item arrived damaged
- The product does not match the description or quality on the product page
- The item arrived faded, damaged, or with missing pieces
- The item was lost or missing due to a delivery issue on our end
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following instances:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- The item is undamaged, but the customer changes their mind
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
